Chapter 5 was founded in 2005 by our former president Gil Besana. We are located on Hanscom AFB in Bedford Massachusetts but our membership stretches to riders from the surrounding New England states. Our broad range of bikes, riders and personalities makes our club a varied group that always welcomes new members. Our younger riders bring new ideas and our older riders share their secret stash of roads and routes around New England. Our growing list of rides and activities, like those listed below, offers our members a wide variety to choose from throughout each riding season.

  • Harley Davidson - Visit local dealerships and collect commemorative HOG pins.
  • New England Dragway – Race your own bike down the 1/4 mile drag strip.
  • New Hampshire Motor Speedway – Ride your own bike on the track with Tony's Track Days or the Penguin Road Racing School.
  • Keith Code’s Total Control Riding Course - Learn advanced skills that will improve your riding.
  • Deals Gap Motorcycle Resort - 318 turns in 11 miles. Need we say more?
  • Ben & Jerry’s - Ride up scenic Vermont Route 100 for a tour of the Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream factory.
  • Kancamagus Scenic Byway – Ride through the mountains and valleys of New Hampshire on it’s most famous highway.
  • Laconia Motorcycle Week – Laconia’s Rally is only a few hours away and happens every June. Day trips and discount lodging are available to members.
  • Mount Washington Auto Road – Ride your motorcycle to the observatory at the 6,288' summit.
  • Patriot Guard - Respect those that have risked their lives for America's freedom and security.
  • PCS or TDY – If being reassigned either temporarily or permanently it’s nice to have motorcycle connections at other destinations. Our global chapters offer members connections with others across the world.

This is a club for the base populace and their dependants. Members include airmen, retirees, civilians and dependants. We do not discriminate against any type of motorcycle or scooter.

Can’t make many rides or meetings? That’s perfectly fine as most of our club information flows through our online where members can read and post about rides and other topics without ever attending a ride or meeting.

The Green Knights Military Motorcycle Club isn’t limited to just club activities. The friendships formed between club members have spawned other rides, clubs and social engagements. Whether you're looking for someone to ride with or an ear to listen, Chapter 5 of the Green Knights Motorcycle Club may be the answer.
